 Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) Government Loans
  • Available with up to 30-year financing
  • As little as 5% down payment
  • In-House Maintenance on select mortgage products: 20-year, 15-year, 10-year
  • Option for Fixed Conventional Mortgages through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac: Ranging from 21-year to 30-year
  • 5/1 and 7/1 ARM Products Available
    • a fixed rare for the first five or seven years, respectively. After the initial term expires, your interest rate can adjust up or down annually, depending on market changes.
    • No Mortgage Insurance with a 10% down payment
  • FHA Mortgages: 30-year & 15-year
  • VA Mortgages: 30-year & 15-year
  • USDA Mortgages: 30-year
