UPDATE: May 14, 2020

We have been closely monitoring the response to the COVID-19 pandemic and have created a plan to move forward with credit union operations. Beginning Monday, May 18, 2020 all TTCU locations will resume lobby operations during normal business hours. Social distancing measures will be in place including limiting the total number of people at each location to help ensure the health of both our members and our employees. We will also be implementing visual reminders for social distancing including floor markers placed 6 feet apart as well as directional markers to help navigate traffic within the building following proper protocol. Plexiglass screen guards have been installed at all teller locations and in offices. Employees must strictly adhere to social distancing standards and wear masks when social distancing is not possible.

A TTCU employee will monitor lobby occupancy, if maximum occupancy is reached, the overflow of members will need to wait outside or in their vehicles until the branch can be entered safely. Location and drive-thru hours will remain the same.

The safety and well-being of our members, employees, and communities will always be one of our top priorities and we will continue to monitor changes through this pandemic. We appreciate your patience as we strive to serve you in the safest way possible during this time.
