'Untitled Pinecone' Now on Display at TTCU Main Branch
TTCU is proud to partner with Cheekwood as lead sponsor the Middle Tennessee Scholastic Art Awards, one of the oldest and most prestigious student art competitions in the country.
Each year as part of our sponsorship, The Tennessee Credit Union selects one piece of art from the exhibition. Though there were many amazing and diverse works from the talented artists from which to choose, the creative interpretation of Jake Johnston of Montgomery Bell Academy called "Untitled Pinecone" caught our eye.
Typically 1,500 works of art are submitted each year from 262 area schools, programs and institutions. The Tennessee Credit Union’s dedicated support over the past 26 years has provided a platform for Cheekwood to continue to grow these efforts and celebrate these emerging artists.
